Determine whether a point is contained inside one or more planar regions.

Input parameters:

1. Rg → Regions to include in the search.
2. Pt → Point for inclusion test.
3. St → If true, then the inclusion is strict.

Output parameters:

1. In → True if the point is on the inside of at least one of the regions.
2. Ix → Indices of all regions which contain the point.
