Integer

(1) In mathematics, a number without a decimal part, a.k.a. a whole number. There are no lower or upper limits to the size of integers. E.g. -8, 0, 2017 and 392734 are all valid integers, whereas 0.5, π, 392734.1 are not.
(2) In computing, an approximation of an ideal mathematical integer. Many different types of integers are used in computing. Grasshopper supports 32-bit integers and variable bit integers.
