Input parameters:

1. Cr → Curve to split.
2. Pt → Splitting cue points.
3. Md → Maximum distance tolerance for taking cue points into account.
4. Rd → Radius of splitting sphere.
5. Mt → Splitting method to use.
   • 0 → Single Split
   • 1 → Sphere On Cue Point
   • 2 → Sphere On Closest Point

Output parameters:

1. Ex → Curve fragments outside the splitting spheres.
2. In → Curve fragments inside the splitting spheres.
