Radius
ˈreɪ.di.əs
A measure of magnitude between the centre and the edge of a shape or a phenomenon. Sometimes the radius means something very accurate and specific, e.g. in the case of circles and ellipses. At other times the radius may only be a vague descriptor, e.g. in the case of explosions or influence.
