Compute a clash analysis between two sets of meshes.

Input parameters:

1. Ma → First set of meshes.
2. Mb → Second set of meshes.
3. Tl → Optional distance tolerance for clash detection. If omitted, the Absolute Tolerance Pin is used as a fallback.
4. Li → Maximum number of clashes to search for. If omitted, all clashes within the tolerance will be found.

Output parameters:

1. Nx → Number of clashes found.
2. Pt → Clash intersection points.
3. Rd → Clash radii at each intersection point.
4. Ia → Index of clashing mesh from the first set.
5. Ib → Index of clashing mesh from the second set.
