Input parameters:

1. Sf → Target surface.
2. Lc → Locus on target surface for centre of sticker.
3. Nu → Number of samples along the target surface U direction.
4. Nv → Number of samples along the target surface V direction.
5. Ss → Step size between adjacent samples.
6. Dr → Primary direction vector or rotational angle with respect to the target surface U direction.

Output parameters:

1. St → Sticker surface.
