Create a tube-shaped mesh with a specified number of facets.

Input parameters:

1. Cr → Central curve for mesh pipe.
2. Rd → Radius of pipe.
3. Sg → Number of facets around the pipe.
4. Ac → Value regulating the number of facets along the curve (0 = fewest facets, 1 = most facets) .
5. Cp → Type of cap at each discontinuity along the curve.
   • 0 → None
   • 1 → Flat
   • 2 → Box
   • 3 → Dome

Output parameters:

1. Ms → Constructed mesh pipe.
