Generate a two-dimensional grid consisting of radial lines and concentric circles.

Input parameters:

1. Pl → Grid origin and orientation plane.
2. Ln → Number of radial spokes.
3. Cn → Number of concentric circles.
4. Sz → Size unit value.
5. Mt → Metric to apply to the size value.
   • 0 → Length
   • 1 → Area

Output parameters:

1. Pt → Points on the grid. Point structuring (flat, radial, or concentric) can be modified from the component menu.
2. Cl → Grid cell outlines. Cell structuring (flat, radial, or concentric) can be modified from the component menu.
3. Ln → Radial lines.
4. Ci → Concentric circles.
