Create a mesh out of multiple rows of points.

Input parameters:

1. Pt → Sequential rows of points. When the number of points in a subsequent row changes, a new grid is started. When the penultimate integer in the tree path of a point list changes, this also signals the start of a new grid.
2. Cu → Open or close the mesh in the U direction.
   •  True → Close
   • False → Open
3. Cv → Open or close the mesh in the V direction.
   •  True → Close
   • False → Open

Output parameters:

1. Ms → Mesh based on point rows.
2. Pt → Ranges of paths that were used to create each mesh.
