Path
pɑːθ
An ordered collection of one or more non-negative integers, which uniquely identifies twigs in a data tree. Paths are denoted using curly brackets with semicolons separating the integers. The simplest path can be written as {0}, while a more complex path might look like {0;4;12;2}.
Not to be confused with file paths, which are the locations used to uniquely identify files on a storage medium.
