Create a SubD surface from a tube.

Input parameters:

1. Tb → Tube for SubD control net.
2. Af → Number of faces around the perimeter of the tube.
3. Vf → Number of faces along the vertical tube direction.
4. Cf → Number of faces on the caps of the tube.
5. Cr → Retain the sharp creases in the tube as creases in the subdivision surface.
6. Ad → Adjust the radii to adjust for the shrinkage of the subdivision limit surface with respect to the control net.

Output parameters:

1. Sd → Subdivision surface based on the input tube.
