Markup
For architects and designers,
Markup
is an easy way to communicate with the design team directly on the model! Whether giving feedback on the 3D model or redlining 2D drawings, Markups are a great tool for collaboration.
FileControl3dm
The
Audit3dmFile
command presents an interactive “tree map” visualization showing the relative size of objects in the file. Audit3dmFile allows you to see which objects (or data!) take up the most space on disk. Once identified, you can use the tree map (or the list) to select the object in Rhino.
Block Editing
Blocks make large, repeated assemblies manageable. Now editing them is too. The refreshed
BlockEdit
workflow lets you access a nested sub-block inside a complex assembly to edit it in place, then step back out just as easily, keeping shared components consistent across the whole project.
Worksessions
Worksessions, the tool for managing large projects across multiple linked files, is now available on Mac as well as Windows. The
Worksession
manager has also moved from a modal dialog into a dockable panel, so teams can attach, activate, and update reference files without leaving their workflow, regardless of which platform they’re on.
