Do not announce Rhino 9 — no email campaigns, social posts, or press releases — until the public announcement date. Why?

Don't miss these details

• Launch schedule: Preliminary.

• Prices and promotion: Rhino 9 prices and upgrade promotion.

• Reseller discounts: No change.

• No free upgrades: No matter when they purchased a Rhino 8 or a Rhino 8 upgrade.

• Old inventory: Swap or return for credit.

• NFR licenses: Rhino 9 not-for-resale licenses are available from your regional office. They are for internal use only.

Licensing and compatibility

• System requirements: Review the “Not supported” section.

• Rhino 9 license keys: Work with Rhino 6- 9 on Windows and Mac. 
  Legacy keys are no longer needed.

• License management: LAN Zoo 9 is required for Rhino 9 licenses. Cloud Zoo and Rhino Accounts support Rhino 9.

• Review the schedule, prices, and promotion.

• Plan your stock swap or returns.

• Request your Rhino 9 NFR licenses.

• Check that the plugins your customers rely on are ready for Rhino 9.
