Determine whether a point is contained inside one or more closed meshes.

Input parameters:

1. Ms → Meshes to include in the search.
2. Pt → Point for inclusion test.
3. St → If true, the inclusion is strict.

Output parameters:

1. In → True if the point is on the inside of at least one of the meshes.
2. Ix → Indices of all meshes which contain the point.
