Input parameters:

1. Cu → Curve to fit.
2. Tf → Fitting tolerance as a measure of absolute deviation.
3. Ta → Fitting tolerance as a measure of angular deviation.
4. Dg → Optional curve degree override.

Output parameters:

1. Cr → Fitted curve.
2. Dv → Maximum deviation between the original and the fitted curve.
