Remove the extreme values from a collection.

Input parameters:

1. Vl → Collection of values to truncate
2. Mt → Outlier detection method.
   • 0 → Percentile
   • 1 → Tukey
   • 2 → Z-Score Mean
   • 3 → Z-Score Median
   • 4 → Grubbs
3. Th → Optional threshold parameter for detection algorithm. If unset, the canonical value for each method is used.

Output parameters:

1. Rn → Remaining values.
2. Ix → Outlier indices which were removed.
