Smooth an existing mesh by moving vertices towards the averaged out locations of their neighbours.

Input parameters:

1. Ms → Mesh to smooth.
2. St → Smoothing strength as a factor between zero for no smoothing, and one for full smoothing.
3. Lm → Optional limit for how far vertices may move.
4. Cn → Clamp vertices on naked edges in place.
   •  True → Fixed
   • False → Free
5. Cc → Clamp vertices on unwelded edges in place.
   •  True → Fixed
   • False → Free
6. It → Number of times to apply the smoothing process.

Output parameters:

1. Ms → Smoothed mesh.
