Convert a curve into a polyline.

Input parameters:

1. Cr → Curve to discretise.
2. Ms → Main segment count to use in the polyline approximation.
3. Dd → Maximum distance from the curve to the polyline.
4. Ad → Maximum angle between unit tangents at adjacent vertices.
5. E- → Minimum edge length.
6. E+ → Maximum edge length.
7. Cl → Maximum ratio between the distance from the chord midpoint to the curve, and the length of chord.
8. Ar → Maximum ratio between the length of the longest chord and the length of the shortest chord.
9. Ss → Number of subsegments between each main segment.

Output parameters:

1. Pl → Polyline approximation of the curve.
2. Sc → Number of segments in the polyline.
