Remove all indicated items from a list.

Input parameters:

1. Li → List whose values to cull.
2. Pt → Culling pattern. Items paired up with the value false in the pattern are retained, while those paired up with the value true are culled.

Output parameters:

1. Li → List without the culled items.
2. Ct → Number of removed items.
