Reduce the facet count of a mesh by merging smaller facets into larger ones.

Input parameters:

1. Ms → Mesh to reduce.
2. Tn → Facet target count.
3. Ad → Specifies whether the mesh shape may be distorted.
   •  True → Distort
   • False → Retain

Output parameters:

1. Ms → Mesh with reduced facet count.
2. Cn → Number of remaining mesh facets.
