Determine whether a point is contained inside one or more half spaces delineated by planes. Containment is taken to mean a negative signed distance. I.e. the plane normal points towards the outside.

Input parameters:

1. Bn → Half space boundaries.
2. Pt → Point for inclusion test.
3. St → If true, the inclusion is strict.

Output parameters:

1. In → True if the point is on the inside of at least one of the spaces.
2. Ix → Indices of all spaces which contain the point.
