Place points on a curve at lengths specified from either the start or the end of the curve.

Input parameters:

1. Cr → Curve to divide.
2. Of → Division offsets. Negative values are offsets from the end of the curve.
3. Is → Create a division at the start of the curve.
   •  True → Include
   • False → Exclude
4. Ie → Create a division at the end of the curve.
   •  True → Include
   • False → Exclude

Output parameters:

1. Pt → Points at fragment transitions.
2. Tn → Tangent vectors at fragment transitions.
3. Lc → Curve loci at fragment transitions.
