Input parameters:

2. Lo → Longitudinal angle.
3. La → Latitudinal angle.

Output parameters:

1. Pl → Tangent plane at the angular coordinates.
2. Mr → Meridian, or arc-of-longitude, at the angular coordinates.
3. Pr → Parallel, or circle-of-latitude, at the angular coordinates.
