Create a circle out of three points. This is analogous to the _3Point option in the Rhinoceros _Circle command.

The three input points may not be colinear as that would result in a circle with an infinite radius.

Note that when the points are nearly colinear, the resulting circle will have a very large radius and the circle centre point will be located very far away from the input points.
