Remap a number from the entire number line into a finite interval and back again using the Logistic map.

Input parameters:

1. Nm → Number to biject, i.e. map both ways.
2. In → Finite interval to map into and out of.

Output parameters:

1. On → Number mapped onto the finite interval.
2. Ba → Number mapped back to the infinite numberline.
