Delete all mesh facets whose properties exceed various threshold values.

Input parameters:

1. Ms → Mesh whose facets to delete.
2. Ar → Optional area limit. Facets with areas smaller than this will be deleted.
3. As → Optional aspect ratio limit. Facets with aspect ratios less than this will be deleted.
4. El → Optional edge length limit. Facets whose shortest edge is smaller than this value will be deleted.

Output parameters:

1. Ms → Mesh with deleted facets
2. Cc → Number of deleted facets
