Create both arcs that satisfy a start and end tangent constraint. The two tangent vectors define the angles the arcs must cover from start to finish. This constraint locks down the shapes, but not the sizes of the arcs.

The fourth input of this component determines the specific size of the arcs, either setting the radii when the size is positive, or the length when the size is negative.
