Assign the section meta data of a value, which affect the hatch pattern drawn on clipping sections.

Input parameters:

1. Vl → Value to assign meta data to.
2. Ht → Hatch pattern, or leave blank to remove existing section hatch meta data.
   • -2147483648 → By Layer
   • -2147483647 → By Plane
   •          -1 → Solid
   •          -2 → Single
   •          -3 → Double
   •          -4 → Triple
   •          -5 → Dashed
   •          -6 → Rectangular
   •          -7 → Triangular
   •          -8 → Crosses
   •          -9 → Squares
3. Sc → Hatch scale. This is only relevant when the hatch pattern is not inherited from either layer or section plane.
4. An → Hatch angle. This is only relevant when the hatch pattern is not inherited from either layer or section plane.

Output parameters:

1. Vl → Value with assigned 'Rhino.SectionHatch' meta datum.
