Circle From Normal

Create a circle out of a centre point, a normal vector and a radius. There is no direct analogy for this in the Rhinoceros _Circle command, but the _AroundCurve option gets close.
The normal and radius inputs of this component are both field parameters rather than individual vectors and numbers. These fields are evaluated at the circle centre point to yield the specific normal vector and radius.
Note that since there is no unambigiuous way to construct a circle out of these inputs, the orientation of the final circle within the plane is undefined. As a result, a very small change in the direction of the normal vector may result in a very large change in the location of the seam point of the output circle.
