openNURBS 提供的工具如下：

• 透過 rhino3dm 的 .NET、Python 及 JavaScript wrappers。

• 技術支援。

與其它開放源碼的開發平台不同之處：

• 希望用戶將它運用在商業用途。
• 所提供的工具與技術支援完全免費。
• 不使用著作權 (Copyright) 與公共版權 (Copyleft) 的約束條款。
• 鼓勵但不強迫用戶提供自己的研發成果。

附註：openNURBS 是只能讀、寫 3DM 檔案格式的開放源碼工具集，需要完整功能的開發平台請使用 Rhino SDKs。
