Payment Terms

Terms are bankcard (VISA or Mastercard) or wire transfer.

Shipping Policy

All products ship electronically.

Additional Terms

• We provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We require resellers to provide the same.
• We include unlimited technical support for both dealers and end users.
• Resellers may sell to end users or other resellers within their region. (To sell outside your region, contact the appropriate McNeel regional office.)
• Bundled products can be sold separately.
• Resellers must purchase €10,000 per year to maintain their reseller status. Purchases are reviewed after the first year and again every quarter after that.
• Reseller must maintain up-to-date information about Rhino and our Rhino-related products on their web site.
• Only direct resellers in good standing are listed on the Rhino web site.

New Dealer?

To become a Rhino dealer, simply:

1. Fill out the application.
2. Order a Starter Kit for €1,500* which includes:
   • Starting inventory for resale: 3 Rhino
   • Not-for-Resale (NFR) Rhino license for in-house use only.

*The for-resale products’ SRP is €2,985.
