RHINO 9 BETA IS HERE

Test your plugins in Rhino Beta now

Rhino 9 is nearly released. Before it ships, take a few minutes to make sure your plugins and Grasshopper components still work. Rhino Beta moves to .NET 10 and includes UI and SDK changes that may affect compatibility — so testing now is the surest way to avoid surprises for your users on launch day.

3 Test your everyday workflows and watch for anything that behaves differently.

What changed under the hood

A few platform updates are the most likely to affect compatibility:

An updated RhinoCommon NuGet package is available for .NET development.
Cross-platform .NET 10 is now the official platform, and the older .NET Framework has been deprecated. See the migration guide.
Rhino 9 is binary compatible with the previous C++ plugins. However, there are new features to explore in the updated C++ SDK Download it here.
