A high performance family of pseudorandom number generators published by G. Marsaglia in 2003. It is the fastest generator in the Well Equidistributed Long-Period Linear algorithm family.
There is generally no need to use this generator, unless one needs to specifically replicate a pre-existing sequence, or to quickly generate a very long pseudorandom sequence.
