miːn skwɛːd ˈɛrə
A type of distance metric, which is a variation of the Quadrance metric. It includes a normalisation step which divides the Quadrance distance by the number of dimensions. MSE is useful primarily in statistics to compare data sets, although Root Mean Squared Error is a more popular metric.
