A pseudorandom number generator in the Multiplicative Congruential algorithm family. This generator relies on a modulus of $2^{59}$ and a multiplier of ${13}^{13}$. There are strong correlations between generated sequences, whose seed values form basic ratios. This generator should be avoided, unless one specifically needs to replicate a pre-existing sequence.
