In programming, an ordered collection of unique key-value pairs, where the key and value can be of any data type. The pairs are ordered according to the sorting order of the key values.
Data trees in Grasshopper are dictionary types, with the paths functioning as dictionary keys, while the lists function as the dictionary values.
