CMYK
'siːɛmwʌɪkeɪ
An extension of the CMY colour model where cyan, magenta and yellow ink are partially replaced by a black ink (or key), resulting in significantly lower production costs as black ink is both cheaper and more efficient at creating greys.
There are many different colour space implementations of the CMYK model as different kinds of paper, ink and illuminants all yield different end results.
