Draw 3D oriented text in the Rhino viewports.

Input parameters:

1. Pl → Text plane.
2. Tx → Text to display.
3. Sz → Size of text in world units.
4. Ha → Horizontal alignment of text with respect to the plane origin.
   • 0 → Left
   • 1 → Centre
   • 2 → Right
5. Va → Vertical alignment of text with respect to the plane origin.
   • 0 → Top Bounds
   • 1 → Top Half
   • 2 → Top Baseline
   • 3 → Middle
   • 4 → Bottom Half
   • 5 → Bottom Baseline
   • 6 → Bottom Bounds
6. Cl → Optional colour override.
7. Ft → Optional fontface override.
8. Bb → If true, and if the fontface supports it, the text will be bolded.
9. Ii → If true, and if the fontface supports it, the text will be italicised.
