Create a volumetric, orthogonal array of translations. If an input shape is provided, it will be transformed accordingly.

Input parameters:

1. Sh → Optional shape to array.
2. Rc → Grid cell describing the spacing between adjacent array elements.
3. Rx → Number of array elements in the cell X direction.
4. Ry → Number of array elements in the cell Y direction.
5. Rz → Number of array elements in the cell Z direction.

Output parameters:

1. Sh → Arrayed shapes.
2. Tr → List of translations applied to each element in the array.
