Create the line which connects the points of closest approach between two spheres.

Although do note that if the spheres intersect, the resulting line segment will not be located on the circle of intersection. Rather, the output line is always colinear with the line connecting the sphere centre points.

If the spheres are tangent, a zero-length line segment will be created which is considered invalid in many contexts.
