Assign meta data to various graph elements based on topological properties.

Input parameters:

1. Gf → Graph to modify.
2. Xx → Optional meta data to assign to nodes without edges.
3. So → Optional meta data to assign to nodes with only outgoing edges.
4. Tr → Optional meta data to assign to nodes with both incoming and outgoing edges.
5. Si → Optional meta data to assign to nodes with only incoming edges.
6. 1W → Optional meta data to assign to one way (i.e. directed) edges.
7. 2W → Optional meta data to assign to two way (i.e. undirected) edges.
8. Cy → Optional meta data to assign to edges that are part of cycles in the graph.
9. Br → Optional meta data to assign to edges that are not part of cycles.

Output parameters:

1. Gf → Node-edge graph with modified meta attributes.
