Create a point using spherical coordinates. The first three inputs represent the coordinate values, i.e. an xy angle, a z angle, and a radius, while the fourth input defines the space in which these coordinates live.

The xy angle coordinate represents an anti-clockwise rotation within the coordinate space plane. The z angle goes from −90° on the sphere south pole, to +90° on the north pole.
