Create a finite line segment coincident with the hypothetical infinite line described by an equation in the form y=ax+b. In this equation, a encodes the slope of the line, while b encodes the location where the line intercepts the y-axis.

Note that vertical lines cannot be created with this component, as they would be parallel with the y-axis, and thus not intercept it anywhere. In fact even near vertical lines are fraught as they require very large values for a and b, and computer mathematics with large values is inaccurate.

Construct a line segment coincident with the equation y=ax+b, where (a) represents the slope, and (b) defines the intercept, i.e. the value at x=0.
