Determine whether a text contains a given isolated fragment. I.e. the fragment is not surrounded by alphanumeric characters.

Input parameters:

1. Tx → Text for containment comparison.
2. Fr → Textual fragment to match.

Output parameters:

1. Rs → True if the text contains the given fragment in a case sensitive way.
2. rS → True if the text contains the given fragment in a case insensitive way.
