Assign meta data to various graph elements based on geometric properties.

Input parameters:

1. Gf → Graph to modify.
2. N0 → Optional meta data to assign to nodes without edges.
3. N1 → Optional meta data to assign to nodes with only a single edge.
4. N2 → Optional meta data to assign to nodes with exactly two edges.
5. Nx → Optional meta data to assign to nodes with more than two edges.
6. E1 → Optional meta data to assign to edges that end in a terminal node.
7. E2 → Optional meta data to assign to edges that connect to exactly one other edge at both ends.
8. Ex → Optional meta data to assign to edges that connect to more than one other edge at at least one end.

Output parameters:

1. Gf → Node-edge graph with modified meta attributes.
