Remove mesh vertices indicated by a boolean pattern.

Input parameters:

1. Ms → Mesh whose vertices to cull.
2. Pt → Culling pattern. Vertices paired up with the value false in the pattern are retained, while those paired up with the value true are culled.
3. Sh → Shrink affected quads to triangles if possible.

Output parameters:

1. Ms → Mesh with culled vertices
