Clip a function to a lower and upper limit.

Input parameters:

1. Fn → Function to clip.
2. Ll → Optional lower limit.
3. Ul → Optional upper limit.
4. Cl → Clip function when it exceeds the limits.
   •  True → Clip
   • False → Limit

Output parameters:

1. Fn → Limited function.
