Bending Points

Find all points where the curvature of a curve is locally maximal. I.e. the points where the curve bends more than in directly adjacent portions. This is useful for checking whether curves adhere to curvature limitations, either due to manufacturing or material strength constraints.
The output includes the osculating circles associated with each bending point, the radii of which encode the magnitude of the curvature.
