A pseudorandom number generator in the Combined Multiplicative Congruential algorithm family, published in 2006 by B. A. Wichmann and I.D. Hill, which improves upon their earlier algorithm from 1982. This generator should be avoided, unless one specifically needs to replicate a pre-existing sequence.
