A pseudorandom number generator in the Combined Multiple Recursive algorithm family. The implementation available in Grasshopper is based on the 1996 publication by P. L'Ecuyer and uses two order 3 components. This generator should be avoided, unless one specifically needs to replicate a pre-existing sequence.
